People have always been at the heart of my professional work. A profound personal experience of loss led me to deeply explore the topics of dying, grief, and healing. This journey inspired me to complete training as an end-of-life and grief counselor, hypnotherapist, trauma therapist, and seminar leader for autogenic training and mindfulness-based stress reduction. For over ten years, I have been supporting individuals on their personal paths as a Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy in my own practice.
Guided by a universal, ever-present energy and deeply rooted in my own inner truth, my work has evolved over the years into a holistic, intuitive practice that engages both the body and the collective energy field. My journey ultimately led me to Innerdance—a space of deep self-exploration and expanded consciousness. As a former KAP facilitator, I immersed myself even further in this transformative practice and underwent intensive studies and training with Pi Villaraza in the Philippines, the founder of the Innerdance movement.
Within me lives a deep longing to bridge the scientific principles of this work with the wisdom and spirituality of Innerdance—offering people a unique opportunity to embark on their inner journey, experience themselves on a profound level, and discover the all-encompassing interconnectedness of all existence.

My spiritual awakening came later in life, but it was a powerful and profound experience that awakened in me a strong need to process trauma and pursue personal growth.
Since then, I have had the privilege of learning from numerous outstanding teachers who have trained me in energetic healing, tantra, shamanism, de-armouring, breathwork, channeling, animal communication and reading the Akashic Records. However, my greatest teacher is life itself, and my particular strength lies in acting as an intuitive empath and amplifying channel for divine energy.
A central part of my spiritual path is the Red Path, a tradition of the indigenous peoples of North America. Through sacred ceremonies such as the Temazcal, vision quests, sun dances, and the kiva, I have found strength, connection, and spiritual unity.
I firmly believe in the transformative power of direct experiences as well as embodied wisdom and joy. My goal is to help as many people as possible develop their true potential.
