About IWA
With the founding of the Inner Wisdom Academy, we have made it our mission to bring the ancient knowledge of the powerful, invisible source of divine nature and inner wisdom that exists in every human being into the world.
Our Inner Wisdom Academy is characterized by a unique concept that symbiotically combines millennia-old shamanic teachings, spiritual energy and breath work, and modern findings from cognitive neuroscience.
As a result, the understanding of energetic fields and spiritual practices is not only preserved, but also taken to a new level through the integration of contemporary research.
The result is a powerful method that supports people in raising their vibrational frequency, bringing body, mind and soul back into a homeostatic balance, finding a deep, lasting harmony within themselves and thus experiencing a reorientation and healing.
The training at the Inner Wisdom Academy is aimed at therapists, teachers, educators, holistic medical practitioners, alternative practitioners, yoga teachers and all people who embark on a journey of remembrance, expansion, transformation and healing and want to pass on this wise consciousness as part of their life mission.
How does an increased vibrational frequency subjectively affect you?
You will encounter the following experiences:

Science
The scientific aspect of the IWI method is based on an intuitive and physical state of expanded consciousness, which serves as a portal to healing and provides a deeper understanding of who and what we are. Specially created music is specifically used to activate specific brainwave patterns, especially delta waves and gamma waves. While delta waves stimulate a waking dream-like state of clear consciousness, gamma waves are associated with transcendent experiences that evoke fusion experiences, universal knowledge, and the loss of the ego. These different frequencies lead to increased vibrational responses in the brain and body, which in turn triggers the fusion of electrical impulses, memories, emotions, collective thoughts, visions and illuminations.
Through the expanded consciousness and the resulting increased neuroplasticity, shifts in perception and profound insights arise spontaneously. Old interpretation systems gradually or instantaneously change as healthier, more healing and harmonious energies move in. In addition, the activation of circadian sleep rhythms maintains a low latent inhibition, which promotes a semi-awake, dreamlike state of consciousness.
