If there are any exceptions, your facilitator will inform you in advance. If you feel more comfortable on your own mat and\/or prefer to use your own blanket, feel free to bring them along. Alternatively, you\u2019re also welcome to bring a light cloth to place over the studio\u2019s yoga mat.    <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nutrition: Eat only light food 2\u20133 hours before the session to avoid burdening your body.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clothing:<\/span><\/span> Your clothing should be comfortable and allow free movement. The energy can cause sensations of temperature changes, so it&#8217;s ideal to dress in layers. Bring warm socks if necessary.
