People have always been at the heart of my professional life. A profound personal experience of loss led me to intensively explore the topics of dying, grief, and healing. I then completed my training as a hospice and grief counselor, hypnotherapist and trauma therapist, as well as a seminar leader for autogenic training and mindfulness-based stress reduction. For over ten years, I have been supporting people on their individual paths in my own practice as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy.<\/p>

Guided by a universal, ever-present energy and deeply rooted in my own inner truth, my work has evolved over the years into a holistic, intuitive practice with the body and the collective energy field. My journey eventually led me to innerdance \u2013 a space for deep self-exploration and expansion of consciousness. As a former KAP facilitator, I delved even deeper into this transformative practice and trained with Pi Villaraza in the Philippines, the founder of the innerdance movement, through intensive studies and training.<\/p>

A deep longing lives within me to connect the scientific principles of this work with the wisdom and spirituality of innerdance \u2013 and to open up a unique opportunity for people to embark on their inner journey, experience themselves in new depths, and discover the all-encompassing connectedness of all being.<\/p>

My spiritual awakening came later in life, but it was a powerful and profound experience that awakened in me a strong need to process trauma and strive for personal growth.<\/p>

Since then, I have had the privilege of learning from numerous outstanding teachers who have trained me in energetic healing, tantra, shamanism, de-armoring, breathwork, channeling, animal communication, Akashic records, and family constellations. However, my most significant teacher is life itself, and my particular strength lies in acting as an intuitive empath and amplifying channel for divine energy.<\/p>

A central component of my spiritual path is the Red Path, a tradition of the indigenous peoples of North America. Through sacred ceremonies such as the Temazcal, vision quests, sun dances, and the Kiva, I have found strength, connection, and spiritual unity.<\/p>

I firmly believe in the transformative power of direct experiences as well as embodied wisdom and joy.
